3. Information stored only on your device
• Game progress, high scores and your flight history
• Coins, tries, whiskers and achievement progress
• Settings music, ambient sound, sound effects, vibration and eye-comfort
• Your cat’s name, title, mood and appearance choices
4. Information sent to our leaderboard
The Game has an online leaderboard. When you create a pilot profile, the Game generates a random identifier for you not derived from your device, your account or anything about you — and sends the following to our leaderboard service:
• That random identifier, and a random six-character tag
• The cat name you chose, and the title, mood and decoration you picked
• A two-letter country code taken from your device’s language setting (for example "IN" from "en_IN"). This is not location data and is not derived from GPS, Wi-Fi or your IP address.
• Your best altitude and the number of times you have reached the moon
• Flight card serial numbers, which are one-way codes that identify a flight, not a person
• If you report an offensive name, the reported name and identifier
Please choose a cat name that is not your real name and does not identify you. The cat name is public: it is shown on the leaderboard to every other player. Your six-character tag is never shown publicly it appears only in your own Profile screen, and it is yours to share or not.
This data is processed on our behalf by Supabase, Inc., which hosts our database. It is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
The Game shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Ads appear as full-screen breaks between runs, and as optional rewarded videos you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. We do not show ads that open when you launch the game.
5.1 What the advertising SDK collects
The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the following automatically. We do not receive this data ourselves; it goes to Google:
• Your device’s advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and App Set ID
• Your IP address, which Google may use to estimate the general area you are in
• App interactions — ad views, taps and video completions
• Diagnostic information about app performance and crashes
• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads, using Google’s consent form. You can change that choice at any time from the privacy option in the Game’s Settings.
• If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised chosen by context rather than by anything about you.
• On any Android device you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised advertising entirely, in Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• If you purchase Remove Ads, the Game stops showing advertising breaks in every mode. Optional rewarded videos remain available if you choose to watch one, because they are yours to start and yours to skip.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases coins, cups of chai and Remove Ads. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card number, billing address or any payment credential.
When a purchase completes, Google gives us an order identifier, the product purchased and the quantity. We store the order identifier so we can honour refunds and support requests, and so a purchased item cannot be claimed twice. Purchase tokens are discarded once the purchase is acknowledged.
The price shown on a purchase button is the localised price supplied by Google Play for your Play account country. We do not detect, infer or store your country for pricing.
7. Device features that collect nothing
• Vibration / haptics. The Game vibrates your device briefly at certain moments. Vibration is an output, not an input: it reads nothing, records nothing and transmits nothing. It can be turned off at any time in Settings, and the setting is stored on your device.
• Internet access. Required for the leaderboard, advertising and purchases. Without it the Game still plays; the leaderboard simply shows the last scores it saw.
• We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, calendar, call logs, SMS or precise location, and the Game will never ask you for them.
We do not run any analytics product of our own. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Unity Analytics, GameAnalytics or any equivalent. The only usage data that leaves your device is what the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects for advertising, described in Section 5, and the leaderboard entries described in Section 4.
9. International transfers
We are based in India. Our leaderboard is hosted by Supabase, Inc., and advertising and payments are handled by Google. Both operate infrastructure outside India, including in the United States and the European Union, so information described in Sections 4, 5 and 6 is transferred and processed across borders.
Where transfers are made from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our processors rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.
10. How long we keep things, and how to have them deleted
Leaderboard entries are kept while your profile exists. Order identifiers are kept for as long as we may need them for refunds, tax and accounting obligations. Local data lives on your device until you delete the app.
You can ask us to delete your leaderboard entry at any time. Write to the address in Section 13 with the six-character tag shown in your Profile screen that is all we need to find your record, and it is the only reason the tag exists. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Because we never collected your name, email or account, there is nothing else of yours for us to hold.
• To know what is collected, and why
• To access a copy of it
• To have it corrected
• To have it deleted
• To object to or restrict certain processing
• To receive it in a portable form
• Not to be treated worse for exercising any of these
These rights arise under, among others, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Exercise any of them by writing to us at the address in Section 13.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising outside the advertising described in Section 5, which you can decline.
All data leaving the Game travels over encrypted connections. Our leaderboard database rejects direct table access outright; every write goes through a validated server function that limits what any request can do. We keep no payment credentials, no passwords and no contact details, which is the strongest security measure available to us — there is very little to lose.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
